Do you want to make a complaint?

If you have a complaint about anything to do with Ask Brook we would like to hear from you.

You can raise any complaint with an Ask Brook Advisor informally via the helpline. Or you can contact the Complaints Manager to make a formal complaint. You can do this by emailing admin@brook.org.uk (please put Ask Brook Complaint in the subject line) or calling 020 7284 6040 and asking for the Ask Brook Complaints Manager. You can write to us: Brook, 421 Highgate Studios, 53-79 Highgate Road, London NW5 1TL. You can also ask us to send you a complaints form if you prefer not to speak to anyone.

All complaints will be investigated and you will receive a full written response letting you know the outcome.
